The following is a description of our shipping services. Order Fulfillment
You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days - this applies to messenger deliveries as well. Montgomery Boutique can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and expected date of delivery. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
Combined Shipping on Multiple Website Orders
Pay only one shipping charge for purchases made on Montgomery Boutique when they are shipped to the same address. Simply enter the order number of your first purchase in the instructions box on the order form of any subsequent purchases. We'll remove the extra shipping charges before your credit card is billed. Orders must be placed on the same day.
Shipping Fees and Information
The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States (we do not ship to PO boxes). For delivery outside the United States, the following charges will be added to the US rates: Canada - an additional $15 per order; Mexico - an additional $35 per order; Outside North America - an additional $50 per order.

Return and Exchange Policies
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Montgomery Boutique within 21 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including hangers and original packaging). Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 21 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Q: If I live in Manhattan and choose messenger delivery, will I receive my package faster than if I choose the standard shipping method?
A: Messenger service to Manhattan does not ensure a faster delivery. You are still subject to the 3-10 business day delivery time. You may receive the order faster with standard shipping. You can email us and ask for an estimated delivery date if needed on messenger service orders.

Q: How do I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Unfortunately, you can only ship to one address per order. You must place multiple orders for multiple shipping addresses.
Q: How can I be sure of the availability of an item before I purchase it?
A: We update the inventory as quickly as possible, but to ensure availability, you can email us and check inventory levels on specific items and or backorder dates on those items.
Q: Does Montgomery Boutique offer wrapping on gift items?
A: Yes. This option is available at the bottom of your shopping bag page in our Gift Giving box. Please note which items you would like wrapped along with gift notes or requests in the box provided. Each gift wrapped box is $6. You can request each of your items wrapped separately or in one box; just specify so that we are able to accommodate your needs.
